Business Head - B2B - Manufacturing

Company : A US based MNC in the B2B space

Location : Mumbai (India HQ)

Role :

- To develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.

- To develop annual budget targets (consolidated profit and loss statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement) with forecast investments, personnel and productivity targets

- Be a representative of the organisation in all matters involving operations, clients, authorities, legal aspects and furthermore, promptly inform the Leadership on any matters that could have a substantial impact on the business.

- Identify and manage continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices, ensuring improved productivity and performance.

Candidate profile :

- Graduate Engineer, preferably with a Management degree

- 18 to 25 yrs experience in managing a P&L role in a B2B environment
