MBA from reputed institutes, preferably a person who is handling All channels and has worked in huge growth, professional companies & competitive environment from a reputed Food, Health Drink, Beverages and FMCG industry.

Experience :

Should have have stable career with contributions at each of the places with 15- 20 yrs of experience in sales & marketing out of which 2-4 years in P&L exp from Food/Health Drink/ Beverages is must.

KRA's :

- Will be responsible of P&L for the business.

- Will handle all the channels

- Will build and Lead a large team.

CTC : CTC will not be a constraint for the right candidate
