Job Purpose / Key Responsibility:

- Managing the Sales of 13 Product line in Aftermarket.

- Formation & Implementation of Strategy to Achieve targeted Sales & Market Share.

- Channel Partners appointment, Development & up gradation.

- Market Opportunity analysis & introduction of New Product range .

- Arranging, Managing & developing Venders / Long term tie up for New Products range.

- Planning & Executing Operational Budget

- Managed the AM Sales & Marketing Operations with P & L responsibility.

- Dealer Network Planning & Development

- Planning & Executing Operational Budget
