Business Head - Agrochemicals

- The incumbent shall be a post graduate in management (MBA) from a business school of repute. He shall have 18 – 23 years of experience in as a business head, managing P & L for a medium or large and complex manufacturing/sales driven organization.

- Should be a hands on sales/operations leader, and the most recent few years must have been in a similar role, with an organization known for contemporary/lean mfg. practices, with a turnover of approx INR 800 – 1000 Crores

- Excellent communication and operations management skills, combined with a strong understanding of the sales/marketing/product management function, and the dynamics of the B2B/BC selling environment are must haves for this role.

- An ability to run and manage operations under a tight cost regime, with high productivity and improved manufacturing practices is a must.

- The person shall be presently working in the automobile or discrete manufacturing industry, preferably with a multi-national company with multiple plant operations.

- The incumbent business heads’ span of control will encompass a business with current revenues of Rs.1200 Cr p a approximately. As a business head, the person will hold responsibility for continuously growing these revenues.
