Business Head - Agro Commodity - IIT/IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

Looking for a Business Head who will be based in Africa ( Other details provided on interest).

Qualification from IIT/IIM/ Premier colleges only apply

Roles & Responsibilities :

1) Must have experience as a Profit Centre Head/ P&L handling

2) Experienced in development of Business plans and budgets

3) Experience in working directly with the Board of Directors

4) Leading a competent Management Team & Project planning, management and execution

5) Growth and Business Development & Leading Marketing initiatives and development

6) Development of Systems and Procedures & Procurement and Inventory Management

7) Logistics and Supply Chain along with Communication with external and internal fraternity

8) PR initiatives, customer relations, image building and Corporate governance & legal compliance

9) Previous Handling of Financial Matters is required along with handling of HR Matters
