Description :

- To lead the PnL for Services Business Unit and build the entire after sales services team.

- Oversee all post-sales services provided to clients to ensure customer satisfaction and experience.

- To set and achieve revenue targets aligned to the overall organisation goal.

Profile :

- An MBA would be preferable with at least 8 years of PnL experience.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
