Business Head - Affordable Loan - NBFC

The candidate will be responsible to set up and establishing the Entire housing finance Business for the Institutions. Manpower Hiring, Starting up new Locations, Establishing Distribution Network and Ensuring Business Figure, Maintaining Portfolio Quality etc.

- Managing the sales and marketing operations and accountable for increasing sales growth.

- Driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals & managing the sales team to achieve them.

- Implementing sales promotional activities as a part of brand building and market development effort.

- Monitoring accounts/cash flow/collections/recoveries etc, for credit control management.

- Conducting detailed market study to analyze the latest market trends and tracking competitor activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning the selling and the marketing strategies.

- Increased the Mortgage Sales

- Accountable for developing through different delivery channels such as DSA, DSE and Direct Financing.

- Co-ordinating with the builders for generating business and obtaining project appraisal

- Managing the marketing operations for promoting products among corporate, thereby extending housing loans

- Developing markets by conducting outreach programs in the niche markets.

- Identifying and exploring potential geographical areas for further expansion

- Conducting individual / corporate credit appraisal for extending credit facility for housing
