Curriculum Management: - Analyse industry trends and learner requirements to conceptualise courses - Plan the course structure, learning outcomes and the learner journey across programmes - Manage the Content Writer / Instructional Designer on board. Bring in Subject Matter Experts to help create learning content, optimise case studies and other material - Create content templates for faculty members to ensure a consistent content delivery experience - Ideate and launch new programmes based on inbound queries and research Faculty Management: - Identify experts from the ecosystem who would make good instructors for each programme - Discover potential instructors, manage relationships with subject-matter experts who would be open to taking up short sessions on select topics - Put in a process and template to find, connect, engage, and map identified/potential instructors to upcoming sessions P&L and Revenue Management: - Activate tie-ups with corporate bodies to increase participation across sessions and enhance revenue - Lead/Manage outreach initiatives that open up more revenue channels across avenues - Ensure complete accountability of budgeting and planning with regard to session fee, faculty remuneration, operational expenses and marketing spent - Liaison with events, marketing and sales departments to take P&L responsibility of all sessions
