KRA's:
- Design and implement an effective Business Plan to meet organisations goals and objectives.
- Achieving and maintaining strong financial health
- Oversees design, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of programs, products and services of the organisation
- Assures the organization and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders
- To provide visionary leadership and direction to the organization and to ensure that the organizations mandates and policies are implemented fully and effectively.
- To ensure that the Organisations Strategic Plans are implemented timely, the Performance objectives and targets are negotiated, achieved and reported in time and the Annual Operational Plans and budgets prepared and submitted in compliance with statutory requirements.
- To oversee and direct the development and implementation of the Organisations strategic initiatives and capacity building in line with goals and aspiration.
- Effectively manages the human resources of the organization, own as well as outsourced, according to authorized Human Resource policies and procedures that fully conform to current laws and regulations.
- Overseeing strong workforce development through recruitment and retention, employee satisfaction and engagement, maximizing growth potential of employees and strong succession planning, embracing diversity as a strategic advantage;
Person profile :
The preferred candidate should be a bright, seasoned executive whose experience includes accomplishing strategic and operational change in a complex environment. The ideal candidate's management style will exhibit integrity, collaboration, flexibility and a result-orientation.
- Should have had handled a medium size business or organisation with complete P&L responsibility.
- Exposure to business strategy, Cost strategy etc. preferably in the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Willingness to work under changing and difficult circumstances
- Driven by a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
- Client focused organizational development strategies
- Good background in turn around and change management
