Business Founder - Digital Growth as a Service- (India Line of Business for Home or Ayurveda category)

Looking for Either ex B2B Founder /Cofounder or Founding Team Member in a B2B startup or Exposure to / Worked in B2B startup with relevant experience, for well-funded B series startup.

What will he/she bring to the table?

Innovative Mindset:

- The foundation of a successful startup is creating a service that addresses unmet needs in innovative ways.

- This requires a founder to think creatively and be open to exploring new ideas and solutions.

- Market Understanding and Segmentation:

A founder must deeply understand the market they intend to enter. This includes being able to segment the market effectively, identify the most promising segment (the "beachhead market"), and tailor their service to meet the specific needs of this segment .

Service Development Discipline:

- Follow a disciplined approach to service development, such as the 24 steps outlined by Aulet in the Disciplined.

Entrepreneurship book :

- Ensure that the process is methodical and driven by customer needs rather than assumptions.

- Has the discipline in refining the service to better fit the market

Effective Team Formation:

- Recognizing that entrepreneurship is not a solo endeavor is crucial.

- Ability to form a well-rounded founding teams with complementary skills and shared vision.

- Ability to find co-founders with complementary skills and the drive to pursue a shared goal.
