Team Leader - Business Research (Financial Domain exp) for Primary & Secondary research profile in Gurgaon

Spectral Consultants is hiring for one of its client which is The world's first senior-level executive search and leadership consulting firm with a global presence. The firm’s Knowledge Management Center is the centralized global research unit of the firm.

Designation: Team Leader (Must have experience in Financial domain / equity research etc)

Experience: 5-7 yrs

Job Location: Gurgaon

Cabs are provided to Gurgaon & Delhi region only (not extreme East Delhi).Incumbent must be open to relocate to this region if not residing into this part

Shift timings: 6am to 3 pm, 12 noon to 9 pm, 3 pm to 12 midnight (must be comfortable for rotational shifts)

Job Responsibilities

- Managing research projects related to finance directly required by the Global Leadership team to asses business strategies for new markets.

- Managing key client relationships by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.

- Conducting customized and syndicated business and financial research which includes surveys, analysis, possible impacts and key opportunities for the companies

- Training and Developing technically competent team of researchers, identifying their needs and providing coaching, counseling and mentoring to help them tap their true researching potential

- Driving knowledge in the company by facilitating knowledge sharing

- Generate ideas to develop the business intelligence report template to help the client needs in a better way.

- Working on resources like Factiva, Hoovers, CapitalIQ, Rating websites, Alacra, D&B, OneSource, Factset, Bloomberg, Nexis etc.

Desired Profile:

- MBA with relevant experience in Financial domain / equity research / mutual funds and Should have 5 years to 7 years of full time experience with minimum 2 yrs of experience in handling a team.

- Excellent in Team management / People Management / Client interaction.

- Should be MBA, CFA / CPA pursuing candidates can also apply.

- Candidate should have good analytical skills and strong financial background

- Excellent communication skills
