Job Description : - Liasion with Statutory and Internal Auditors for conducting Audit as per given timelines - Ensure compliance with Ind AS accounting principles while preparing Financial Statements - Liasion with Internal Teams across various functions for preparation of Annual Operating Plan / Forecast - Supervise Accounting Team for monthly / quaterly books closure on timely basis and accurately. - Prepare and Present Monthly Performance to Management with Key Business Indicators and In-Depth analysis of RMSP/EBDITA movements against AOP/Forecast - Develop Internal Control Framework across various functions with help of Internal Auditor - Provide Month on Month Analysis of Fixed and Variable Cost Actual vs Budget to each Function for further action - Take Lead in C.F.T. Meetings to drive cost reduction projects - Streamline Accounting Function by setting monthly / quarterly KRAs and Review achievements against the same and provide inputs to senior team for developments - Liasion with Group Accounting Team on monthly / quarterly basis to provide relevant financial/non-financial information for further consolidation purpose - Provide Analysis and Validation of Eligibility of Customer under Various Sales Schemes ( i.e. FTS Scheme) as per schemes guidelines to Business Sales team - Validate and Sign off List of Sales Employee along with Value for Periodic Sales Incentive from Finance Perspective - Monitor Direct and Indirect Tax Compliance - Ensure compliance with Statutory Laws (i.e. PF/ESI/Professional Tax / GST) - Ensure accurate monthly statutory returns are filed on time (TDS/PF/ESI/GST) - Ensure Business Transactions are performed as per approved DOA and highlight/document any deviation thru NFA/CER process - SKU wise Price and Cost Variance Analysis - Monthly Costing related MIS Preperation (RYG) - Dealer Sales Agreement (MOU) Analysis. - Inventory Valuation - NRV / Overhead / Avg Rate. Working - Master Price List Working for all segments - Cost Record Working & Cost Audit Completion - Product Portfolio Analysis - Raw Material Consumption and Qty Movement Data for Tax Audit Annexure - Cost Reduction Project - Highlighting Low Contribution Models - Cost Reduction Project - Validation of Cost Saving - New Product Launch Induction motor - Pricing Strategy - Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant with 9 to 11 years post qualification experience and a stable career only from Manufacturing / Industrial Products background need only apply
