Business Finance Role - FMCG/BFS - CA

The ideal candidate is an analytical and collaborative team player who will be responsible for supporting a team of high performing individuals who own the entire business lifecycle. You will also work cross-functionally to prepare, monitor business finance which includes managing P&L and identifies trends to aid decision making.

Responsibilities : 

- Partner with finance/business management teams, identify and track appropriate performance measures, key performance indicators, and associated drivers

- Ownership of revenue and expenses forecast for the business group /partnership level by using trend analysis / KPI reviews for better P&L management and business decision

- Prepare financial information & analysis for business reviews/presentations with key highlights

- Manage business level P&L

- Monthly MIS preparation at a business level and preparing reports for the executive management team

- Tracking of sales performance against set targets and provide periodical updates to business

- Work on specific project execution and co-ordinate with various functions

Qualifications : 

- CA or an equivalent degree

- Working knowledge of Tally

- Strong mathematical and analytical skills

- Ability to understand new business models and identify key drivers

- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills

- Business finance P&L preparation and financial modeling skills are a must

- Experience of working in fintech, NBFC and/or banks

- Excellent knowledge of accounting

Working knowledge of IndAS and ECL will be an added advantage
