Business Finance Role - Financial Planning & Analysis - FinTech

Bangalore based fintech looking business Finance Lead

About the team :

- The business Finance team is responsible for creating business plans & forecasts to enable decision-making & operational readiness. The team strives to build balanced plans to optimize and manage P/L of the company and business units.

- The position requires an individual to work closely with business heads, finance team and other departments

- One should have analytical experience and expertise to enable scientific decision-making and performance improvement measures.

About the role :

- Work on month close with the finance team, and work on board deck

- Work closely with Business Head to manage their KPI, P/L, bring efficiency and cost optimisation

- Assist in vendor commercial negotiations.

- Innovate new ways of working to improve forecasts & optimize supply chain cost, reliability & speed.

- Work with large teams to bring consensus and finalize planning numbers with all functional stakeholders

- Build planning configurations in tech products to ensure smooth supply chain execution

- Understand product interactions & drive business use case led improvements with product

- Ability to analyze large data and convert into simple presentable forms

Education :

- Education background - Chartered Accountant / MBA from top institute

- 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in high growth companies, fintech, FMCG, Ecommerce
