Responsibilities:
- Demonstrating a solid understanding of Finance, month-end processes, MIS reporting, data analysis, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting.
- Familiarity with M&A processes and associated documentations.
- Assisting in the development and monitoring of project plans to ensure timely completion.
- Conducting market and industry analyses, extracting data from financial reports.
- Analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights for the organization.
- Staying updated on industry trends, process advancements, and IT developments for system automation and modernization.
- Preparation of consolidated forecasts, budgets, and analysis of trends in revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures.
- Providing high-quality performance reports to senior management or the executive team.
- Leading the preparation of annual budgets, operating plans, and forecasts in collaboration with Business Leaders.
- Coordinating and ensuring the precise preparation of the Financial Statements, Budgets, Forecasts, and Management Reports for the Company's Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual performance reviews.
- Maintaining comprehensive records of the financial transactions to illustrate and clarify the Company's financial positions.
- Proficiency in constructing financial models encompassing cash flow, DCF, NPV, P/L, CAPM, payback, CBA, business valuation, equity analysis, investor deck, forecasting, and various other models.
- Work experience in a complete SAP ERP environment.
- Managing Accounts Receivable, DSO, Inventory, and Net Working Capital.
- Ensuring timely vendor payments.
- Supervising invoicing and billing processes.
Collaborating with senior management and business units to determine strategic objectives and identify opportunities to achieve these goals.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience in working with an IT product or a company with multiple entities.
- Proficient in working in a matrix organization and with Multi-National Companies.
- Expertise in specialized functions such as valuation, M&A, Actuarial Projects, Portfolio Management, and Risk Assessment.
- Familiarity with Capital expenditures, capital budgeting, capitalization, and financing decisions.
- Global stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in team management.
- CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification is mandatory
MBA preferred
- 12-15 years of related experience.
- Experience of Collections / Receivables is mandatory.
