Business Finance Partner - Bangalore

This is a Business Finance Partnering role .

- CA ( ideally 1st attempt) / Tier1 MBA

- Own the P&L responsibility (including leading the financial planning process) for the business

- Identifying business risks and opportunities

- Work very closely partner with internal teams (Operations, Transportation, Supply Chain, Retail, FP&A, Accounting, Shared Services)

- Must have strong business modeling skills

- 12+ years post qualification experience .

- Candidates from FMCG, retail, e-retail, pharma industries

- Needs to have done business finance partnering supporting strategy and decision making for large businesses

- Experience in successfully driving complex projects.

- People management skills

- Excellent stake holder management / business partnering skills
