Business Finance Manager - Startup

Business Finance Manager (Start-up) - CA/MBA (Finance) / 3-6 yrs

This opportunity is based at Gurgaon location with one of our Start-up customers. Looking for CA/MBA (Finance) candidates for this role who have experience of working with Start-up/Product/Internet-Ecommerce questions. Require experience in the areas of Commercial or Business Finance

Following will be the responsibilities of desired candidate:

- Work closely with the BU and have an end to end P&L and cost ownership for it.

- SPOC for the entire business unit on finance-related queries.

- Monitor the performance of the BU to take steps to bring efficiency in the business.

- Prepare regular reports on Business metrics & ad hoc reports to management.

- Providing understanding of business drivers on both revenue and cost side to bring strategic insights.

- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and business leads.

- Relationship building, negotiation, presentation and conflict resolution from the BU prospect.
