Business Finance Manager - Snacking Industry

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Finance Manager. In this role, you will support the finance department in various financial activities and play a key role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing valuable insights to drive business decisions.

The Role:

- Assist in financial planning and budgeting processes, including gathering data, preparing forecasts, and analyzing variances,

- Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for management and stakeholders,

- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement,

- Assist in developing financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions,

- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and ensure accuracy of data,

- Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions,

- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to management as needed,

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting financial management including undertaking competition benchmarking,

- Undertake stakeholder management.

Skills and Competencies:

- CA / MBA with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Familiarity with SAP will be an added advantage

- Experience of working with startups will be considered positively

- Should be currently doing Investment Banking, Consulting or Corporate Finance.

- Should be an expert in Financial Modelling and Valuation Analysis.
