Business Finance Manager - Real Estate Domain

I am having urgent requirement based out Dubai (UAE) for Business Finance Manager - Real Estate, candidates from Real Estate domain only apply

- The Business Finance Manager is responsible for the property accounting and management reporting functions including residential and commercial

- Analysis of existing internal controls and recommendation / implementation of improvements in the SBUs and play a stellar supporting role to the Real Estate Business Head(s)

- Job Costing of the construction/development/upgrade activities

- Project Controllership who will monitor, assist and report on various financial/commercial activities of both large and small projects

- Support in creating accurate financial forecast and tracking / controlling variances

- Review Contractor arrangements and highlight risks and cost optimization opportunities

- Analysis of existing internal controls and recommendation / implementation of improvements

- Proactively drive improved MIS reporting with the assistance of the Management Accountants

- Leads the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly statutory reports

- Ensure that all invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner by the team

- Implement effective financial ERPs to manage customer operations and project management

- Advise (based on costing and market research) on decision-making, investments and customer offers in the Real Estate Business
