Business Finance Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Purpose of the Job To work along with cross functional teams (Business Finance, Controller-ship, Business and other enabling teams) to ensure organisational level goals are achieved.
- To analyse the data/information, implement process controls and ensure timely and accurate Reporting
- Work with Business on day to day activities . (Interaction with CXO/ other business stake holder
- Involve in Budgeting / Forecasting of revenue and Cost .
Key Result Areas:
- Participate in contracting process and recognition revenues for various contracts
- Evaluate un-billed / unearned positions and outstanding receivables
- Ensure Cost Analysis and highlight variance, Timely and appropriate Travel Recharges
- Invoicing for projects as per milestone / work completion and ensure Collection for outstanding invoices
- Analysis and control of efforts booking in projects, Project profitability analysis
- Support Business team in MIS, forecasting , Budgeting and Budgetary controls
Qualities to be demonstrated:
- Good in excel, Power BI
- Self-starter, ability to work independently and Take ownership for the work assigned
- Understanding business metrics and of financial process and its implications
- Creative and Out of the box thinking and solution oriented approach
- Communicate, collaborate and effectively engage with multiple cross functional teams
- Quick turnaround with quality deliverables
- Persistence and high energy levels
