Roles and responsibilities :
Financial management :
- Responsible for preparation of Cash Flow, P/L, Balance Sheet finalization and consolidation as per Indian AS & IFRS.
- Preparing monthly/quarterly/annual forecast and monitor it.
Accounting operations :
- Managing day-to-day accounting operations related to Accounts Payable, receivable, banking.
Compliance :
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements. Manage compliance under GST, Income Tax, Custom Laws, Audit.
- Developing strategies that work to minimise financial risk.
- Review of contracts.
- Guide the management team on Finance matters
Reporting :
- Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc. Developing long-term business plans based on these reports
- Analysing sales, marketing and competitors trends.
Desired profile :
- CA or MBA (Finance) with 6-8 years of experience. Should be working in Start-up.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills, solve problems and set priorities
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
