The Client is a SaaS-based intelligent mobile marketing platform headquartered in Sunnyvale, California. The Client helps its clients understand how their users are using their apps/website and provide deep behaviour insights. It also engages with users via personalised push notifications, in-app notifications, emails, web, SMS and browser notifications. The Product runs pre-built smart campaigns that auto engages with users based on their lifecycle stage. Team : Finance and Accounts Reporting to : Finance Head Role requirement : - A person with 4-6 years of experience having a degree in MBA Finance/ CA/ CS - Handle commercial contracts ( fixed value /variable value, price books, min guarantees etc) in SaaS businesses - You will be responsible for managing client/vendor contracts. He should have an eye to detail while reviewing and managing all key paperwork of contracts. - Maintain organized files for each contract, including the original contract, relevant correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, and clarifications - Knowledge of revenue scheduling process is hugely beneficial. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is beneficial - Good level of communication (written/oral) with both external and internal stakeholders. - Report process compliance, deviation from revenue schedule and actual invoices and N credits/exceptions - Understand accounting GAAP, definition etc. also have some practical knowledge - Excel knowledge must.
