Job Description

- Preparation & Analysis of Monthly Financial Performance reports for large MNC Bank’s shared services.

- Produce, review and present monthly analysis of results (costs, headcount, capex) versus budget and forecasts and have ownership of the same.

- Respond to any queries and requests from GR Finance/ MI / Functional Owners for reporting and analysis.

- Active role in preparation of the annual operating plan, profit estimates and periodical forecasts.

- Generating quality commentaries that tell the story behind the numbers and advising the VP Business Finance on opportunities.

- Continually reviewing all assigned tasks in order to identify opportunities for quality and improvement

- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.

- Managerial responsibility and accountability of the business finance function.

- Liaison with the site Financial controllers in delivering accurate and effective MI including plan and estimates.

Skills/Experience Required

- Qualified CA/ICWA with around 5 to 6 years of experience in Financial Analysis/Reporting preferably in BPO/KPO sector. Deserving candidates with lower qualifications will also be considered.

- Experience of working in a multicultural / international environment will be an added advantage.

- Knowledge of ERP preferably Peoplesoft.

- Experienced in handling huge volumes of data at centralised environment and managing related operational risks.

- Good knowledge of MS - Excel, Powerpoint and knowledge of macros will be an added advantage.
