Scrabble has been mandated to hire Business Finance Head for a fast moving consumer tech company. Location : Gurgaon Looking to connect with CA / MBA -Finance with 9+ years of experience, with must have experience with start-ups or tech product companies. This comes with the following pre-requisites : - Experience with a Startup or tech company (e-commerce) is a must have. - Experience in strategic planning, budgeting and financial planning. - Planning and formulation of entire Budgeting plan by coordinating with different departments. - Forecasting P&L , basis inputs from multiple teams, market dynamics and cost scenario. - Should posses good analytical skills , and be able to bring out insights that leads to decision making. - Should have good understanding of accounting and its impact. - Should have handled big teams. - Experience in stakeholder management . - Willingness to work in a fast paced environment
