Business Finance Controller - CA/IIM/XLRI/FMS/MDI - Logistics Industry

I have an urgent opening of Business Finance Controller based at Gurgaon for a reputed Co. If interested, please reply as soon as possible .

Note : Candidate should be CA in first attempt / MBA from Tier 1 school

Job Description :

This is end-to-end responsibility for business partnering as well as management of AP, Financial Accounting, Reporting and Compliance.

1. Partner extensively with Operations head to lead and direct cost strategy formulation.Take necessary actions to ensure integrity and accuracy in all cost matters for the business division incl. (but not limited to) driving cost reduction and efficiency initiatives.

2. Lead Cost reduction initiatives from finance side and work with Operations team both at the Head Office and field to drive the execution. This would require developing a deep understanding of cost factors and close interaction with the Operations team members.

3. End-to-end accountability of payments, financial accounting and related controls & tax/statutory compliance. Work with all stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of accounting policies and procedures. Ensure timely closure of month end and year end book.
