Business Finance Analyst - Food & Beverages - CA

We are looking for a CA with 2+ years of experience in FP&A , Budgeting and Management reporting.

Department: Business Finance

Experience:

- Minimum of 2+ years of core work experience in Financial Planning and Bugeting and Management Reporting

- Attention to detail, a proactive problem solver, and good project management skills

- Industry preference - QSR/ FMCG/Retail/Telecom

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Preparation and analysis of Store-wise PNLs on Monthly basis

- Menu Mix Analysis / Deal Analysis / Raw material rate change impact

- Category-wise Margin & Cost of good sold analysis

- Food & Beverage Inventory & Cost Management

- Activation / Deactivation of Deals in Sales software

- Recipe Management

- Decision support to Brand teams

- Monthly and Quarterly management deck preparation for business review

- Preparation & analysis of Sale MIS (Daily, Weekly , Monthly)

- AOP preparation and Sales forecasting
