Business Execution Consultant - BFS

Following is the JD:

- Lead change request efforts requested by the business to facilitate the execution of changes to DCBMO owned procedures, policies, reports, technology, etc. which may include writing or editing procedures and policies

- Participate and lead transformational projects for the department as assigned

- Leverage collaboration tools to manage assigned change requests and document the progress of - project efforts

- Lead working sessions to collaborate and consult with leaders, executive management, and business subject matter experts

- Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives

- Identify opportunities for process improvement or efficiencies within the team and department

- Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations

- Utilize independent judgment to guide project efforts while mitigating risk

- Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business

- Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business

Required Qualifications:

- 2+ years of Business Operations or Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

- Financial Services Industry Experience

- Ability to manage initiatives involving process improvements

- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas

- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities

- Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions

- Ability to create strong visual aid (PowerPoint presentations, Visio, etc.) and deliver to management and senior leaders

- Experience with consumer credit bureau reporting and the associate laws (FCRA, FACTA)

- Experience with Jira & Confluence

- Knowledge about Agile methodologies.
