- The Analyst will be an expert in business processes management, and be responsible, along with the Project manager and VP to train and adopt process management software's across the organization. - You would need to develop Standard Operating Procedures, process maps, and other technical program support materials and manage relationships with external stakeholders. - You would need to complete project management activities including development of project schedules, resource estimates, and level of effort Functional Accountabilities: - To Coordinate work efforts with other enablers to further enhance program benefits - Superior multi-tasking skills and ability to work on large number of projects concurrently in a fast paced environment - Strong inter-personal skills including active team player and strong relationship-building skills Required: - 5+ years of experience from a consulting background - Experience in Utilizing ARIS to develop high quality, visually appealing work products. - Bachelors with a PMP certification
