Business Excellence Specialist - Retail Assets/Liabilities

Grade Offered : VP/AVP

Location : Mumbai, BKC

Education Required : Graduation (Any) + MBA [Tier 1 Institute]

Salary Range : As per Market Standard

Experience Required : Overall 3-4 years experience

- Bring in new ideas

- Identify gaps/ opportunities in current ways of doing business (retail assets and retail liabilities) which can help drive increase in revenue or help optimize cost of execution/ operation

- Have a strong understanding of the Fintech world and identify areas of collaboration to drive business excellence/ digital transformation

- Work closely with business heads to drive business excellence projects from ideation - assessment - impact analysis - recommendation- benefit quantification.

- Drive stakeholder concurrence/ approval, as necessary, for initiating/ driving new projects

- Act as PMO for the implementation of the change with squads drawn from projects, operations, digital, IT teams

- Drive collaboration with internal stakeholders to iron out any challenges during execution of a project (new or existing)

- Keep up to date on the new developments/ emerging competition/ Fintech landscape in BFS domain

- Post implementation, assessment of the impact
