Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Reports to the Operations Controller and KPIs review

- Pro-actively review the Industrial Companies' Operations KPI basket for completeness, use of correct definitions and compliance of reported data

- Flag deviating KPIs with the entities and follow-up on related action plans

- Work with the entities and the deployment specialist to define the best KPIs to measure aligned operational success in a fast changing environment

- Support the operations controller on building consolidated reports, in UKPI (Power Platform), PowerBI and the GV MES system

- Has full access to the systems used in the product companies (ERP, MES,) and knows how to navigate them

- Has strong analytical abilities and can work with large data sets

- Has good understanding of product costing and the operations in the product companies

- Operations KPIs cover about 150 different KPIs in all PC relevant operations (SHEQ, Finance, People, Compliance, Procurement, Quality, Delivery)

- Fluent in English

1. Identify key customers and their requirements.

2. Develop vision, mission and strategy of the organization.

3. Create maps of core processes.

Define KPIs:

- Create a possible list of KPIs for different categories by Brainstorming.

- Formulate each KPI by using the KPI Design Form as a result of a brainstorming meeting.

- Select your initial set of KPI to start with.

- Need to have Data collection plan via (What, How, When, where, who).

- Set a baseline and an objective for each selected KPI.

Monitoring and Analyzing Data:

- To collect data for the KPIs as stated in the KPI Data Collection Plans and monitor KPI compliance. This activity is the part of the operational control.

- Gather and Analyze Data i.e., gather KPI measurement, create report that contains information about performance, check overall KPI compliance, Analyse each KPI and determine problematic components (a component may be one of the following: product, service, process, system), check if improvement is required and possible for problematic components.

Improve Component:

1. Establish a well-defined improvement objective.

2. Organise a team to improve the component.

3. Identify the root causes that prevent the component from meeting the objective by Plan-Do-Check-Act Cycle or Cause-and-Effect Diagram.

4. Develop an improvement plan for implementing a change.

5. Refine KPIs Add missing KPIs for critical components, if necessary refine data collection method for each KPI, Delete KPIs that are not providing required feedback.
