- Identify process improvement opportunities

- Charter a process improvement project

- Work as a team along with process owners and functional teams

- Statistically analyse data and process improvement effects

- Work to ensure sustainability of the improvements.

- Interact with IT delivery and other enabling functions

- Interact with customers for customer facing and customer projects

- Requirement Gathering from Stake Holders

- Connect with leaders and identify process improvement areas

- Study and Ground work for Process Transformation projects

- Contribute to develop CMMI

- Mentoring the team members to use various Process Improvement Methodologies

- Experience in IT domain- Applications, Infrastructure

Qualifications:-

- CMMI and Process Improvement Methodologies

- Any graduate/Post Graduate
