1. Create a mindset of data driven continuous improvement within HR.
2. Develop process workflows to support process improvement initiatives or standardize HR processes.
3. Translate HR Strategy to strategic objectives and HR Programs and deployment of these programs consistently within the business.
4. Look at HR strategic initiatives in the context of E2E employee life cycle to deliver better employee experience.
5. Assist in analysis of operational excellence metrics by identifying, collecting, and synthesizing key measures and performance metric targets.
6. Provide hands-on facilitation, training, and process improvement subject matter expertise to business stakeholders.
7. Evaluate HR capabilities required to succeed esp. in digital, data and analytics.
8. Act as a 'Change Agent' in the introduction of lean tools & principles for HR and drive/sustain improvements by supporting and mentoring HR staff at all levels.
