Degree in Engineering or MBA in Operational Management from reputed institutes.
- Must be Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
- Minimum 8 Years, preferred from large manufacturing setups.
- Excellent Communication History of Toyota, lean as a concept, principles, behaviours, systems.
- Visual management - the visualisation of activities to provide focus and concern management. Maintain a continuous focus on key performance indicators, continuous tangible improvements through lean & six sigma.
- Planning - transforming a vision and strategy into practical plans with clear goals and objectives.

- Proven experience & knowledge in complex problem solving / root cause analysis.
- Drive Site Performance Metrics (i.e. Goals, Improvement project and appropriate KPIs) completely aligned to global organizational goals; Establish effective governance for daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring at both Functional and Site level. Manage KPIs through electronic boards.
- Act as Local PMO for all Site related Projects; coordinate with all stakeholders and ensure timely execution of the Projects, timely escalations of challenges. Define a Governance structure in monitoring Local Site Projects.
- Drive implementation, improvement, routine effectiveness checks of 5S, Kaizen, Gemba, Problem Solving (PPS/A3), DMAIC, Poka Yoke, Value stream mapping, critical process mapping.
- Ensure to drive Continuous Process Improvements through Lean and Six sigma projects. Continuous improvement - establishing a system of constantly challenging and improving the current situation. The standard process is created, studied, problems are solved, and waste is removed.
- Define 2-3 years Lean-Six sigma roadmap for the site.
- Identify core team members, with appropriate representation from various functions, train them on various Lean concepts, and drive to achieve the Lean Six sigma roadmap for the Site.
- To develop a culture of innovation by driving various innovative ideas for continuous improvement.
- Ensure to drive sustainable initiatives to improve Lean Maturity at site.
- Providing training and developing people to enhance overall quality and profitability of the organization
