Experience :
- Minimum 10 years Preferred experience is Global Logistics, Supply Chain, 3PL, Consulting in Business Excellence
Job Summary :
- Plan, manage and execute business excellence projects within the
- Relocations business
- Business Excellence (direct ownership)
- Complete business excellence projects across the business through the PMO model within the defined TATs
- Conduct application-based training across the business
- Develop enterprise plans to drive Business Excellence & Knowledge Management that positions
- Writer's capabilities in anticipation of customer requirements and demands
- Effective solutions for efficiency improvement and Cost optimization
- Developing a project and implementation in the business till it stabilizes
- Consistently working with Operations team for Innovation and solutions for Customer Convenience
- Find opportunities to increase Speed of operational activities
- Automation of operational processes
- Introduce Latest technology in SIOP to take it to version 2
- Collaborate with the Branch Ops team to align them to version 2
- Create live dashboards for the stakeholders to identify the areas of risk and improvement work with the Quality head to develop assessment modules for quality and areas for improvement
- Consistently evaluate the Cost of operating in all locations and better ideas for efficiency in each location.
Operations (Direct ownership) :
- Constantly scan the market to identify strategic investments/ new product offerings to identify investment opportunities that Writer could benefit from
- Conduct detailed market analysis though standard Project Feasibility and Appraisal methods to evaluate the identified business opportunities
- Prepare reports, information memorandum and documents using Word and PowerPoint.
- Deliver high quality working papers and reports to specified deadlines.
- Perform research on specified companies and sectors through accessing industry databases and public information sources to build a business case
- Collect data and analyse the data to present the findings in suitable form to senior management
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of Malcolm Baldrige Model
- Knowledge of Analytical and Statistical Concepts, Tools and Techniques (miniTAB,
- Trend analysis, JMP, SigmaXL)
