Job Responsibilities:
- Coordination for Organisation Business Excellence (BEM) project schedules, resources, equipment and information
- Follow-up with stakeholder functions for submission of requisite information and data
- Compilation of data/information for the participation of BEM
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Assign tasks and action points with the internal teams and co-ordination for timely closure
- Act as a single point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Evaluate the processes / SOPs at the organisational level periodically and carry out necessary amendments as and when required
- Ensure standards and requirements are met by conducting quality assurance
Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly competent with MS Office tools-excel/MS Office
- Preference to candidates with relevant work experience in handling Process review & assessment of process excellence/projects
Educational Qualification: GraduationExperience:
- Having 3 - 5 years of work experience in handling business excellence projects, process review and coordination with internal stakeholders
- Having 2 - 3 years of experience in General/Life insurance industry
