Job Title: Manager- Business Excellence

Based At: Pune

Educational Qualifications: MBA

- The primary requirement is Quality expertise in capital market domain along with hands on experience on BE tools like Visio, Minitab etc.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Drive/Mentor LEAN Six Sigma initiatives

2. Recommend new and innovative measures in terms of processes, productivity and system enhancements to improve quality and turnaround time

3. Conduct trainings to facilitate dispersion of quality knowledge

4. Client interaction to understand process requirement

5. Identify and highlight potential risk areas in the process

6. Liaison with different persons in operations for collating data.

7. Work with Support functions and businesses to set targets/devise metrics

8. To produce statistics and exception reports

9. Excellent presentation skills used for making high impact leadership presentations
