Business Doctors - Associate - Finance

The candidate should ideally have at least 1-3 years of experience of working in corporate finance team or a consultancy firm. Experience in Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions. Having successful M&A transaction closures will be an added advantage.

The candidate would be required to:

- Work with the team to drive the overall strategy of portfolio companies

- Perform data analysis to identify business and process improvements

- Help in implementation of strategies across product, marketing, operations and financial management

- Develop an understanding of the business and industry of portfolio companies

- Prepare business model and corporate presentations

- Build relationships with mid-level teams in portfolio companies

- Continuously monitor the performance of portfolio companies
