- Representing a new globally successful Software Solutions for Talent Analytics, Talent Management & Talent Acquisition
The Group is a Global TOP 40 Executive Search network with 40+ offices in the Americas, Europe / Middle East / Africa and Asia-Pacific.
The Assignment(The Role / Job Description) :
To independently strategize, set up, manage & GROW
- the STARS / HRM business in India
a) Build organization to drive the STARS business in India
b) Lead a team comprising of key functionaries including Zonal Sales Heads (BD & Service), HR Domain Specialist, Implementation Consultants/systems integrators for SuccessFactors or
c) Marshal optimally the organization's resources to deliver business goals
d) Coordinate with principal's office
e) P & L Responsibility
f) Strong relationships with CEOs, CHROs, L&D / Leadership Development heads will be a preferred advantage.
The Person :
A) Experience :
i) 45 - 50 years
ii) Male / Female
iii) Graduate + MBA preferred
iv) At least 10 years as Sales / Business Head in an HRM Enterprise Software / Solutions business eg SuccessFactors
v) Experience and exposure to implementation of SuccessFactors or similar HRM - a very definite advantage
vi) Long cycle Enterprise / HR solutions selling essential
vii) Exposure to HR Services/HR Solutions/Staffing will be an advantage
viii) Experience in leading Businesses / start-ups, international collaborations: B2B
ix) Experience in developing franchise network for the business
x) Strong relationships with CEOs, CHROs, Leadership development heads will be a preferred / advantage
xi) Entrepreneurial / Start up experience is highly desirable.
