Business Director is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting for the business.
He/she will hold primary focus on Clients, P&L and managing the team in order to ensure the best possible talent is hired efficiently for our clients.
Responsibilities :
1. Head the accounts and direct the organization's activities to achieve agreed targets and standards for operational, quality, culture, and statutory adherence.
2. Effectively manage relationships with clients.
3. Handle a team of 25-30 members.
4. Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans.
5. Preparing business plans, budgets and schedules.
6. Plan and execute TA strategies for clients
7. Conduct regular follow-up meetings with Account Managers/TA managers/TA Heads to determine the effectiveness of plans and implementation.
8. Taking care of P&L
Qualification/ Knowledge and Skills :
1. Bachelor's Degree/PG in any stream of specialization
2. 10+ years of recruiting experience
3. Ability to influence the Clients
4. Must have strong time-management skills and ability to multitask
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Mainly Excel.
