Business Director - Marketing Firm

Role Purpose :

- In conjunction with the leadership team, give direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization's philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives with respect to integrated communications work for key existing businesses and for NBDs.

- Forward the heritage of Zeno in three territories : Clients, Growth and Internal with strong focus on creativity and innovation and thereby enhance positioning of the Zeno brand.

- Lead, motivate and develop the team of employees to deliver strong insight-based communication strategy and flawless execution on integrated communications and other digital mandates.

- A strong leader who will ensure that the Zeno team and clients feel that Zeno is ahead of the curve and well-equipped to anticipate and manage a rapidly changing integrated communications landscape.

Success will be evaluated via following factors :

- Acquisition and retention of clients.

- Be seen as strong strategic partner to clients.

- Acquisition and retention of super-keepers and rising-stars.

- ZQ : Making sure that we offer strong Digital strategy to the clients and from execution perspective offer best reporting and performance on campaign media buying. For this, the candidate will also have to put templates to standardize our processes across clients.

- Leading digital mandates and upskilling PR teams to manage social mandates with the help of digital, planning and creative teams.

- Meeting timelines w.r.t. achievement of various KRA's, objectives, initiatives, etc.

- Increased digital, analytics, creative and content integration with core PR business.
