- In conjunction with the leadership team, given direction and leadership towards the achievement of the organization's philosophy, mission strategy, and its annual goals and objectives with respect to integrated communications work for key existing businesses and for NBDs

- Forward the heritage of the company in three territories: Clients, Growth and Internal with strong focus on creativity and innovation and thereby enhance positioning of the brand.
