Key responsibilities
1. Capacity Planning: Keep order book @120% of capacity based on 6 month's forecasts on rolling basis.
2. Order Management: Need to manage brand's order execution starting from development to deliveries.
3. Performance Management: Monitor the performance of the brand based on delivery, compliance, quality, efficiency and other KPI's as required by brand.
4. Implement Brand Initiative: Being the brand manager, responsible to lead and inspire the brand's initiatives in operations.
5. Operational Efficiency: Streamline and improve internal processes to enhance productivity and timely execution of development/commercialization /production to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Brand Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with the brand ensuring their expectations are either achieved or exceeded.
7. Business Analysis: Analyse the performance parameters of the brand and ensure they are either achieved or exceed.
8. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact the business.
9. Compliance: All the compliances are met as far as brand requirements are concerned.
10. Reporting: Generate & evaluate regular reports on below key performance metrics and present to CEO any corrective action plan or plan to improve performance:
- Delivery performance (production & development)
- Quality performance (production & development)
- Warehouse return
- PPH performance
- Defective returns
- Order acceptance
- Costing
