Business Digital Manager-Singapore

We are looking for a Business Digital Manager to join a newly formed Business Digital team within one of the five Business Units called Consumer Solutions. To further one utilizing Digital to make our customers journey through the various digital touchpoints, the most 'easy, effective and enjoyable'. We are on a Digital Transformational Journey to make digital both a growth enabler, as well as an operational excellence driver. This individual would be influencing, leading and championing this digital transformation within a business that has a rich appetite for technology enablement. They will work very closely with the regional and global teams, setting up and managing a Digital Steering Group within the region to incubate digital knowledge and best practices, while consulting the regional teams on areas of digital enablement.

About You :

- You are a self-starter and will drive Best in Class digital practices within regional and global organization

- You are an organizer, connector, and natural collaborator. Bringing teams together and inspiring positive change and consensus building

- You have a strong bias for action, and see yourself as an 'initiator' and 'problem solver'

- You will lead the Regional Digital Steering Group, connecting regional teams to digital and technology aspects that can help enable their strategy and work process

- You will utilize a global and regional network of subject matter experts and will have the expertise to know who to pull for specific aspects of work that you champion.

- You will effectively utilize dashboards and reports needed to connect data to tell a consistent story that can help the regional teams better inform their plans

- You will help build a consistent set of metrics and data to drive digital enabled decision making

- You will educate and train the regional team on data and analytics drawn from the various digital artifacts

- You will be able to manage a complex workload with good judgment on activity prioritization.

- You showcase strong oral and written communication skills

Core Responsibilities :

- Accountable for owning market based digital products alongside the Global Strategic Marketing team. Sets up the roadmap for the business digital product lifecycle, digital channel strategy (Digital Marketplaces, Distribution), and executes to the market and regional vision

- Accountable for helping scale up and across, key digital proof of concepts, Dow.com uplifts, and digital business priorities

- Works with regional marketers to come up with the regional digital strategies, objectives and tactics that go into yearly regional market 4P plans

- Champions education and training across regional market teams on digital thought leadership - new ideas, new models, market research

- Leads the Regional Digital Steering Group to educate, advise and be the Voice of Digital in campaign management, regional commercial discussions, marketing management teams, and other regional execution and digital product scale plans

- Works on leading special projects where Digital is a key differentiator enabling operational excellence in Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, R&D, amongst others

Your knowledge, skills and abilities include :

- Proven experience in leading new initiatives, setting up cross functional teams and building trusted leadership

- Proven experience in operating data and analytics tools, setting up digital scorecards and metrics


- Experience with Digital Marketing programs, driving digital market strategies, and executing 4P plans

- Project initiation and management expertise.

- Rich experience working within teams in Sales, Marketing, and Business Management.

- An understanding of business operations, digital capabilities and cross functional processes that are key to understanding CX impact.

- Exceptionally strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

- Preferred experience with people leadership, both direct and indirect influencing, coaching and consensus building

- Must be fluent in at least one regional language based on the regional alignment for the role

- Resistance to stress and ability to prioritize

- Ability to adapt and implement new procedures as required to provide excellent service to internal stakeholders

- Ability to work on own and as part of a diverse, multicultural team in an International environment
