Duties & Responsibilities
- Pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from our Company’s Learning and Development services.
- Make presentations to clients and close sales.
- Work with the team to achieve sales performance targets.
- Further develop multi-tier relationships to generate quality leads that result in sales.
- Build referral and lead generation network.
- Develop the corporate brand strategy.
- Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
- Create proposals and presentations according to Clients Learning and Development requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent Sales and Negotiation skills
- A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team.
- Needs Business analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills.
- Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- High commercial acumen and a record of confidence dealing with middle managers through to decision makers.
- Skill of Creating Learning Design and Delivery models to suit clients Learning needs.
- The skill of Building professional Relationships to leverage them into Business results.
Experience
- Minimum of 1.5 - 2 years’ work experience as a Business Development/Sales Executive in a Corporate Training firm/Any Services Industry selling to Indian Clients.
