Job Description:

As a Business Development Specialist at iMind, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by identifying and capturing business opportunities in the US and UK markets. This position requires a dynamic individual with 2 to 6 years of experience in presales, sales, and client management, particularly focused on the US and UK regions. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential clients and market trends in the US and UK markets. Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.

- Presales Activities: Develop and present tailored solutions and proposals for prospective clients.

- Client Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and nurture new client relationships. Understand client requirements and provide timely support and assistance to ensure client satisfaction.

- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and objectives.

- Market Expansion: Explore opportunities to expand the company's presence in the US and UK markets. Develop strategies to penetrate new sectors and industries effectively.

- Reporting and Analysis: Track sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Provide regular reports and analysis to management to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven experience of atleast 2 years in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the consulting or services industry.

- Strong understanding of the US and UK markets, with a track record of successful client management and sales in these regions.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

- Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth and achieving targets.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills.
