Job Responsibilities :

1. Be a leader and manage the BD team end-to-end

2. Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organisation

3. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network

4. Develop the indirect sales channels

5. Pitch the product to prospects and provide the product demo

6. Analyse client requirements, meet potential customers, negotiate on price and close the sale

8. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion

9. Report on sales metrics, forecast/ commits, churn & other key sales metrics

Job Specifications :

Skills and Competencies :

1. Understanding of SaaS based solutions

2. Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal and presentation skills

3. Strong negotiation skills and excellent problem solving ability

4. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders; multi-task in a fast-paced environment

5. Structured thinking and attention to details

6. Entrepreneurial mindset with never give up attitude

7. Passionate about startups and internet

8. Able to work with minimum supervision

Qualifications :

1. Full Time MBA from a Tier I B-school

2. Past BD or HR experience

3. Experience of managing senior stakeholders will be an added asset
