Business Development/Solution Selling Manager

Key Requirement:

- Experience working with Enterprise customers

- Must have strong experience in experience in selling solutions on at least one of Cloud / Analytic / Blockchain/ AI ML / RPA / Mobility / Custom development

We need somebody to understand the Requirement from Govt. and accordingly provide Technical Solution.

Must-Have Skills -

- 9+ year's experience in Business development

- Proven experience with engaging enterprise business leaders, building customer relationships and influencing senior executives

- Must have expereince in solution selling in one or more of Cloud / Analytic / Mobility / Blockchain/ AI ML / RPA.

- Experience in selling Custom development / consultative services in the digital space is a huge plus!

- Experience in working with Govt. entities / ministries / departments is a huge plus!

- Understanding of SDLC process

- Demonstrated ability to engage senior executives for at least 15-20 minutes.

- Capability to dig-through and understand the client business issues, and connect the same with technical/LOB solutions at first level. Facilitate deeper engagement with pre sales and technical folks.

- Demonstrable strong client relationships at least at the level of IT Head, Infra Head or Application Head.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills

- Strong organizational, computer and time management skills
