Job Responsibilities :

- Marketing, Sales & Distribution Specialist with 12 - 18 years of experience in Insurance industry leading Large, Mid market, SME & Retail business acquisition from Brokers, Bancassurance & Direct channels, Corporate Agency, RNR, Affinity/Channel Sales, Sales Strategy, Digital Marketing & e-commerce

- Competent in implementing effective solutions to the customer needs, with an aim to improve customer contentment and consequently customer loyalty, repeat & referral business

- Impacting & enhancing organization profitability through effective strategic and tactical management decisions and new business development

- Identify and develop new streams for revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat business

- Plan, formulate and implement marketing strategies and promotions to increase market penetration and to drive revenue and profitability by maximizing sales

- Remaining on the cutting edge, driving new business through key accounts and establishing strategic partnerships & relationships to increase revenue

- Conducting competitor analysis & competency mapping for keeping updated of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share

- Administering sales & marketing operations, increasing growth and driving revenue generation initiatives in order to achieve business goals; identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clientele, thereby achieving the business targets

- Recognizing & establishing financially strong and reliable channel partners / digital partners / web aggregators for deeper market penetration
