Videonetics is looking for an experienced & seasoned BD & Sales professional as BD/Sales Manager for Government / PSU vertical in India market for the Western region of India covering the states of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh & Rajasthan.

The BD Manager will be a member of Global Sales & BD Team reporting to National Manager Sales & BD (Enterprise). The Regional Manager will be responsible of business development, sales & marketing of Videonetics products in the assigned vertical through channel development, consultant & end user relationships and other stake holder relationships. The position is a P&L position at regional level.

Responsibilities:

- Establish relationships with key ELV/Security consultants/architects/PMCs/system integrators & end customers.

- Good Presentation capability to meet end user objectives using our solutions.

- Draft and present proposals for contract acquisitions.

- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.

- End to end lead management from its identification, development, acquisition and delivery.

- Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities and preparing action plan to achieve the same.

- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

- Identifying & recruiting best suitable partner network to increase market penetration across nationally.

- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

- Sustain & increase market share in the assigned territory.

- Achieve assigned growth targets and KPIs.

- Develop growth of target verticals in a planned and sustained manner.

- Promote and develop a value selling culture.

- Deliver sales revenue on budget objectives.

- Analyse and report the market intelligence.

- Perform other related tasks as assigned from time to time.

Tasks:

- Ensuring Monthly sales team pipeline discussions and associated reporting.

- Sales revenue forecast management and reporting (90-day, 30 days, bi-weekly updates)

- Frequent field travel to ensure visibility, channel & other stake-holders relationship.

- Ensuring field interaction with A&E / consultant/ Interior contractor & PMC community.

- Education, promotion and adoption of channel partner program strategies in the field

- Review and approval of project registration and deviation process/documents.

- Interaction with pre-sales engineering on pilot approvals, on-site assistance, and related issues.

- Follow up with post-sales on outstanding, stranded or strategic support issues.

- Assistance with overlay events that are not specific to regional field sales territories - National tradeshows, company events.

- All other duties as assigned periodically by the management.

Professional Qualifications:

- Minimum Graduate (Engineering Preferred) with Degree or Diploma in Business Management.

- Minimum 10+ years field sales and/or sales management experience. At least 5 Years of interaction and pitching to Corporate clients on Solution Sales.

- Exposure & Experience in Video Surveillance & Security Product Industry in the region with established contacts in the industry.

- Exposure & Experience in VMS, Video Analytics Software domain will be an added advantage.
