- We are hiring for candidates for a new boutique firm in Mumbai

- Business Development role in Wealth

Qualifications : B.A., MBA (Sales or Marketing), CFA (Optional)

Specific Sales Skill Sets :

- Knowledge of the wealth management/asset management market in India

- Ready AUMs under the belt - at least 500-1000 Crores under management right now

- Ability to tap at least 10 anchor investors with cheque sizes of 10 Crores each

- Capability to garner at least INR 250 Crores in the first six months of the fund launch

- Can make a pan India list of family offices/UHNIs that can be readily tapped for equities focused strategies

- Has spent 7-10 years managing client portfolios in a private bank/premier division of a consumer bank

- Should have a base of 100 UHNI clients in their sphere of influence
